A mini birth class just for you! This is a modern twist on those pesky outdated hospital birth classes.

The first session will be all about helping you and your birth support partner really understand the nitty gritty when it comes to what the body is doing during labour and birth and how to honour that rather then fear it. This includes going in depth about the stages of labour, when to leave home, what to do during each stage, the hormones.. all of it! As well as this, I will explain pain relief options and pros and cons, interventions, inductions - the works. Whether you are looking for a type of birth or not, I feel it’s really important to arm you with ALL of the facts about anything you might face when it comes to your birth.

During our second session, we will go through things like caeserean birth, assisted deliveries, breathing techniques, postpartum, breastfeeding and anything else you feel you would like to know. It will be in this session we will also go through your birth plan with my template in order to finalize a personalized birth plan for you to give to your providers.

I promise you that after this well rounded approach to birth education you will feel totally educated, empowered and confident after these sessions and leave feeling you are the one who has the power when it comes to your birth. Plus, they are all in the comfort of your own home - you can even wear PJ’s!

When you are ready to live your best birth life

This is for the mama (and partner) who want support from start to finish. We will get to know each other during your pregnancy with our two antenatal appointments that are pack full of birth education, birth planning, discussion, learning about different tools and techniques and plenty of partner support.

I offer full support by email, text and FaceTime to talk through ANYTHING you need up until our last session together.

This package offers up to 12 hours of birth support. I will touch base via phone when you are in early labour, offering suggestions on how to manage as well as remind you of techniques we have practiced together. Once you are ready, I will come to you whether that is in hospital, birth centre or home where I will be there to support you and your partner while encouraging communication and helping you avoid unnecessary interventions. Free TENS hire is included also which will be provided in our last antenatal session together.

Then once that beautiful babe has arrived and I have taken all the cute pics, I will slowly leave so you can soak up newborn goodness. Then, I will pop back in the next few days to make sure you are thriving and not just surviving in the forth trimester where we will have our birth debrief and I can provide newborn and breastfeeding support.
