By hiring a TENS machine through Doula Marley, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Hire Period

  • Hire is for 5 weeks, starting from the agreed pick-up date.

  • Early pick-up may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

  • Items must be returned by the due date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late returns may incur a late fee unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required before the time of pick-up.

  • Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the agreed hire date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before hire date may receive a partial refund, minus a $25 admin fee.

  • No refunds will be given for unused equipment.

Equipment Use & Care

  • Items are to be used as intended, following the instructions provided.

  • You are responsible for the safe and clean use of all hired equipment.

  • All instructions are to be returned without rips or damage.

  • If any item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact me immediately.

Safety & Liability

  • All hired equipment is used at your own risk.

  • Doula Marley accepts no responsibility for injury, complications, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any hired items.

  • Please consult your care provider before use if unsure whether a TENS machine is suitable for you.

Pick-Up & Return Locations

  • Pick-up and drop-off available from Stirling (Adelaide Hills) or Halifax St (City fringe) – to be arranged at time of booking.
